How can I document my patients’ consents?

  • In the ‘Planning’ section, you can fill out and sign the document together with the patient and then generate a PDF directly in the app that you can share with your patient.
  • You can also access the consents under ‘Patients’ in the ‘Management’ section.
  • In the ‘Management’ section under ‘Manage patient’s consents’, you can also customise the templates to suit your needs.
