How can I use IVA with another device, or with a new device?

  • You need the device on which you’ve already set up the authenticator app which is also linked it to your account.
  • Install the IVA App and the authenticator app on the new device.
  • If the IVA App requests the code during signing in, you can use your previous device to look up the code in the authenticator app and then insert it on the new device to sign in.
