How does the consumption of credits work? 

A credit is only deducted when you save the first injection point in a treatment for the first time. You can create a new treatment and enter details such as date, time and destinations without credits being used up. Only one credit is used per treatment. Changes to the treatment after the first save and adding more injection points do not cost any further credits.
