I would like to document additional information. Where and how can I do this?

  • For every treatment, you’ll find a free text field in the treatment plan if you scroll all the way down: “Comment”. Here, you can document any additional information about the treatment, either directly or afterwards.
  • You can also document additional patient information, such as allergies, intolerances, or medication history, in the treatment planning section under “Consent forms”.
